Gazatte was founded in April 2026 as an independent, privately funded media startup. Our Newsroom explains how we work and who is responsible for what we publish, and Ownership & Funding explains how the site is owned and paid for.
We operate without state funding, without corporate ownership, and without editorial interference. Our only obligation is to the truth and to the people whose lives our reporting touches.
