More than 1,000 Palestinian children were displaced across the West Bank during the first six months of 2026.

The number of children displaced in only half a year is equivalent to half of the approximately 2,000 children forced to leave their homes because of settler violence during the previous three years.

Those earlier displacements occurred between January 2023 and December 2025.

Settler attacks increased by 45% during the first half of 2026 compared with the same period last year.
