Israeli forces continued to violate the ceasefire agreement for the 234th consecutive day across Gaza. Over the past 24 hours, three Palestinians were killed and others wounded in multiple attacks.

Israeli aircraft struck a civilian near the Firas market in central Gaza, leaving him critically injured. Dr. Jamal Youssef Abu Aoun, head of anesthesia at Yafa Hospital in Deir al-Balah, was assassinated near Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital. Another civilian, Atef Marzouq Habib, was shot dead near Housh Abu Hussein in Gaza City’s Shuja’iyya neighborhood, with medics unable to reach him.

At dawn, Israeli bombardment targeted the upper floor of a preparatory school on Al-Farouq Street in Nuseirat refugee camp, while forces carried out demolitions east of Gaza City. Tanks stationed in eastern areas fired toward central Khan Younis in southern Gaza.

Statistics from the Ministry of Health show that in the past 48 hours, hospitals received seven martyrs and 25 wounded. Since the ceasefire began on October 11, the toll has reached 929 martyrs, 2,811 injured, and 781 bodies recovered. Since the start of the Israeli assault on October 7, 2023, the cumulative figures stand at 72,938 martyrs and 172,191 injured. The ministry added 112 martyrs to the tally after verifying their data earlier in May.
