Israeli forces carried out four strikes across northern and central Gaza in less than an hour, killing at least one Palestinian and wounding several others.

The first strike targeted a civilian vehicle near Abu Sharakh Roundabout, opposite the Civil Defence headquarters in northern Gaza. A Palestinian was initially reported critically wounded before his death was confirmed.

In central Gaza, another strike hit a displaced persons’ tent near the western entrance to Al-Zawayda, in the Al-Sawarha area west of Nuseirat refugee camp. Three Palestinians were wounded, including two who sustained serious injuries.

Shortly after 1 p.m., an Israeli drone targeted a bicycle in the Sheikh Radwan neighbourhood of northern Gaza City, injuring several Palestinians. The attack was initially reported in the Ard Al-Shanti area.

A fourth strike hit Al-Ghazali Junction in Gaza City, where fatalities were reported and victims’ bodies were severely dismembered.

The New York Times, citing the United Nations Children’s Fund, reported that Israeli forces have killed an average of one or two Palestinian children or teenagers in Gaza every day since the agreement was announced in October.
