The signatories, including former senior officials from the Israeli military, Mossad, Shin Bet, and the Israeli Foreign Ministry, said the escalating wave of violence could become "more destructive" than the Hamas attacks of October 7 and their aftermath.

The letter was sent to the White House and several U.S. officials, including Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff. The signatories called on Trump to intervene directly and use his influence to pressure Netanyahu's government to halt the escalation.

The letter stated: "Only you can prevent this catastrophe. We hope you will deliver a strong and clear message."
