At least 11 Palestinians were killed and dozens more injured after continuous Israeli airstrikes targeted several areas across the Gaza Strip over the past hours, amid the ongoing Israeli military escalation in the territory.

The Hamas movement described the latest escalation as a “clear overturning” of agreements reached under mediator sponsorship, holding Israel fully responsible for the consequences.

Gaza’s Interior Ministry announced the killing of five police officers and injuries to others after an Israeli strike targeted a police site in the Al-Tuwam area north of Gaza City.

Meanwhile, emergency and ambulance sources reported that three more Palestinians were killed and several others wounded in an Israeli drone strike targeting the same area.

The Gaza Health Ministry said hospitals across the Strip received eight bodies and 29 injured people during the past 48 hours as Israeli bombardment continued.

Emergency crews also confirmed that four civilians were injured after an Israeli drone targeted a bicycle in the Al-Mawasi area west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.

According to local sources, two young Palestinians were wounded after an Israeli quadcopter drone dropped a bomb on a gathering of civilians in Jabalia.

Witnesses said the drone also targeted a camp sheltering displaced families east of Jabalia, where repeated attacks on displacement camps have been reported in recent weeks.

In a separate development, Israeli forces carried out demolitions of homes and residential buildings in areas under their control east of the Shujaiya neighborhood in eastern Gaza City early Saturday morning, triggering powerful explosions heard across the area.
